Hello won DV 2009 africa (Ivory Coast)

Hello I was selected for dv 2009,
I am from Ivory coast (africa) but currently live in london
The KCC sent me the letter to inform me of my win the 25th of March
I received it the 14th of April, filled the form (DS230 and 120) and sent it back the 17th of april.
The post confirmed it was delivered in the US the 25th of april
My rank was 2009AF00002xxx
I am currently checking the visas bulletin, but it seems they are still dealing with winners of the dv 2008.
Please anyone tell me when I can expect them to schedule 2009 winners interview?

I will most probably live the uk in the coming months, is it possible to ask the KCC to relocate my interview in my country of origine when my number become current??

How do I know my number is current, do I have to wait until 2009??

Hi

In the form you have to mention the us embassy where you wish to go for your interview, there was a discussion in this forum few days ago regarding the change of the interview place.
Many people believe that change of the interview place can be risky and sometimes the other us embassy might not accept your case.
I think if you are sure that you are going back to your home country the best choice would be having your interview in your own country.
You have a good case no and you should get your visa before jan 2009.
