laid off before 140/485 approval
What happens to a person who lose job before 140/485 concurrent
approval ( can't use AC21), but the filings approved without any RFE at a later time. Say this person is working for another firm using H1B, than the sponsored employer under the jurisdiction of a different USCIS than originally filed.
What all documentation the local office ask for 485 stamping?
