Hello, I want to inquire the application about N-400 form and I-912

Hi everyone,

I am busy filling out N-400 but I don't understand how to fill out some parts.
First, I don't understand questions 10, 16, and 22a in N-400's part 9. For question 10, is it okay if I only fill out 10a? For question 16, I didn't have any suspended sentence(actually, I don't have any criminal history.), so this question should I select "NO"? For question 22a, I was own one month to reach 26 years old when I came to the USA, so should I select "NO" for 22a, 22b, and 22c?
Then, I found the hire date on my last cheque for the one of jobs, so should this job be from the hire date to the last day? Also, I checked my tax situation, my work injury doesn't need to be taxed. This means I don't need to fill out my work injury, is it correct?

Thank you so much

If you answered No to item 10a, you do not have to answer items 10b or 10c.

For question 16, I didn't have any suspended sentence(actually, I don't have any criminal history.), so this question should I select "NO"?
I believe you don't have to answer item 16 if you have never received a suspended sentence, have never received probation, and was never paroled. But it might be a good idea to write "N/A" next to the question just in case if possible.

For question 22a, I was own one month to reach 26 years old when I came to the USA, so should I select "NO" for 22a, 22b, and 22c?
So you entered the US before you turned 26? What status did you enter the US in?

Then, I found the hire date on my last cheque for the one of jobs, so should this job be from the hire date to the last day?
I guess

Also, I checked my tax situation, my work injury doesn't need to be taxed. This means I don't need to fill out my work injury, is it correct?
Not sure what this has to do with N-400

26 years old entered the US. I used an F43 VISA to enter the US.
You said "I was own one month to reach 26 years old". What does that mean? Do you mean you entered the US one month before you turned 26 (i.e. when you were 25)?

I have this problem because I am not sure the work injury should be filled out on the work history part.
You should list each place you worked at, regardless of whether you were injured or not.

I typed wrong:eek: It should be
"I was own one month to reach 27 years old"
I am so sorry about this.
You should list each place you worked at, regardless of whether you were injured or not.
I listed this job period, but I am not sure it should include the work injury period because I saw some feedback said the work history doesn't need to fill out the work injury period.

You mean during the injury period you weren't working? I am not sure about this.
I mean part 7 should fill out my work injury period or not.
I had a job that worked for 2 months, but unfortunately, I was injured during work.
I know I need to fill out this job on part 7, though I am not sure if the work injury time should be included in this job period or not.

If I don't fill the work injury period on the job period, the time will be from 1/1/2021 to 3/1/2021.
Oppositely, If I don't fill the work injury period on the job period, the time will be from 1/1/2021 to 10/1/2021.
How can I do right now o_O?
