Hello GUYS- here goes my case details

I140 in Jan 00.
I485 in Sep 2000. (All notice dates\'

I140 was approved in JUL 2000 but approval was sent to Chennai, (dont know if twas an INS mistake or attorney\'s mistake, and a form mistake as they said)

So, did not know about this until 2002 Feb, when I spoke to somebody at NSC
attorney did not tell me about it because my company changed hands and so a new law firm was hired. I retained the old one on my own and thats whne I confirmed that the Packet 3 was sent to my attorney\'s office.

So Finally I get an RFE in May for Employment verification, I had changed jobs after 210 days of I 485 application. A bvery complicated RFE, the company I had worked for had changed names and also I had changed after 180 days. So after replying to that complex RFE I got approved a couple of days back. Got another RFE for wife\'s BC affidavit. Submitted on May 22 sill waiting approval.

Bottom line "If I can get it you can get it too".

Hope this helps to cheer a bunch of ppl here.

And yes "GOD IS DEFINITELY THERE" as a another POST aptly put it, after all this roller coaster ride.
