When I looked at the NSC affairs, nothing seem to have improved between July and now. The ordeal of dealing with US immigration is not yet over and more difficulties are expected during
the transition of INS to new Dept. of Homeland Security.

I pray to God, bless Immigrants.

For me it took 5 Years, 4 Months and 22 days to get my I485 approval from the day Labor was filed! Plastic card is awaited!)

You are right, things at NSC have gone from bad to worst. Cases are taking longer than what they used to take. Feds are going to make this process even tougher in the coming future.

I have been waiting for 13 months now for my adjudication. The way things are going I may have to wait a few more months But thats OK.... I cannot do much about it... Right??
