My company applied for an I-140 on July 22 2002 with a substitute labor.The labor is for Bachelors and no experience , I have a masters and 2 years experience.
I was wondering if there are any cases of I-140 prior to July 22 2002 that has not been worked on?if anyone waiting like me?
The last time i called the BCIS line, they said it takes 15 months even though the website has not been updated and is showing 360 days(12 months).
The service center is vermont.
Please help.....
