Accoring to Dcoument Check List for N-400, the photos for N-400 allow for head coverings if one's religion requires it.
"If your religion requires you to wear a head covering, your facial features must still be exposed in the photo for purposes of identification;"
The applicant didn't use the photos with head coverings in her/his I-485 application but wants to use it in the N-400 application, will that be a problem?
Does the applicant need to provide some sort of personal affidavit (or should it be from religious organization that the applicant belongs to)?
