HAving problems with infopass

I tried making appointments using infopass-SFO for me and my husband. After I did mine, it's not allowing me to do another for my husband. It's saying"You cannot schedule anymore appointments at this time".
Anybody knows how to solve this problem? Also, how do I cancel my appointment?
 
Congratulations on your approval. Clear your internet cache and history on your browser, close down the existing browsers and try again. if not clear everything and reboot your PC and try.

Ignore my previous reply. customer service is not consistant. When I took our appointment, they said one appointment is sufficient for the family. Today, I called them again.... after replying to your post..., customer service gives a different answer. There is nothing wrong in taking appointment for each member of the family separately.
