Having H1, B1 and applying for F1

I am applying for F1 VISA for a course in Business School and my case is peculiar.

I am currently working and through my employer, I got a B1 and H1 VISA recently. I did not travel to US with H1 or B1.

Now when i go for my new F1 interview , I'll have

Valid B1- not travelled (valid for next 10 years)
Valid H1- not travelled (work permit valid till 2009 with my employer name annotated)

Do you foresee any complications here for F1 issuance?

I am not interested in working in US. Can i tell the Visa Officer to cancel my
H1 and B1 and grant only F1.

Immigration petition and H1B

I am applying for F1.

The DS 156 asks "has anyone filed immigration petition on ur behalf".

I have a valid H1b. what should I answer?

The answer should be "No". Your H-1B was not acquired as a result of an immigration petition.

reason for not travelling with previous F1

I have a F1 on which i did not travel 3 years back. The actual reason was due to medical reasons.

I am applying for F1 again and what sort of answer will be apt.I prefer to say family/personal reasons rather than health issue which might raise more doubts to the officer.

any advice is welcome
