Having Accident Case Pending and Applying for F1 VISA

Hi members,

I have got admission to US univ to pursue my higher education. Meanwhile, I met with accident and case is in court for hearing. I am sure, case will be finalized by July, whereas univ starts on August. Am eligible to apply for F1 VISA? Please help me in knowing my eligibility for VISA Processing (B1, L1, H1 or F1).

To the best of my knowledge, this doesn't stop you from applying for an F-1 visa. You can start the application process, and choose an interview date in early August. Good luck!
