Having a child in the US

Hi, I have a friend who is here on an H1 working in the US, started their green card application at the Labor level. Their wife will be having their child in the US, can they file for residency on the basis that they have a child who is a US citizen and wil this application be treated as priority since its on the behalf of a US Citizen. I would really appreciate any responses on this.

No. Child to sponsor as a US Citizen, he/she should be at least 18 years old.

In fact the child should be atleast 21 years old to sponser his/her parents.
