Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa?

Hi There,

I recently faced a problem while transferring my H1 petition from Company A to Company B there was RFE raised in Company B, hence once i came to know about RFE i transferred my petition to Company C which got approved and It also has I-94 valid till 2007. Now suppose if i visit my home country and in form DS156 there is following question.

Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa?

What should i answer.
