Guys,

I was just wondering if we have seen any approvals since the elections?.

Last approval postings are dated Nov 1st.

If anyone had approvals past Nov 2nd please post.

My cousin 140 & 485 (NSC, EB2) approved on 05 Nov 04.
Details:I140- RD 09/29/03, RFE answered on 02 Nov 04 (for Education evalution). Approved on 05 Nov 04.
I485- RD 12/04/03, Approved on 05 Nov 04.

What was the RFE
 
My I-140 and I485 (EB3, NSC) were approved on November 3rd.

Details are:

I-140 RD/ND Sep. 30th 2003, RFE sent on October 19th 2004 (education&work background), answered on Oct. 26, approved on Nov. 3rd.
I-485 RD/ND Sep. 30th 2003, approved on Nov. 3rd.

FP done in Mar 04.

Hi,

I guess, his FP done in mid of Mar 04. His 1st EAD & AP approved on end of Jan 04. Recently, he applied for 2nd EAD & it is not approved yet. But GC approved.

His RFE on education evaluation. He forgot to submit his education evaluation when he was applying for 485.

It seems to be that 140 has stopped processing again after Nov 4. I'm so f***ing tired of this. If my 140 hasn't got approved by Feb next year, I'm leaving anyways. This is really a torture...

This is not true. We saw a couple of postings of folks getting RFEs.

I think they are still processing 140s but too slow.

Looks like they sleep and get up and send an RFE!! :D
