I am still hopping that there was an error.
I am a EB3 Mexican whose PD is 3 days away from becoming current. Last month the date moved 7 days, this month moved zero.
Is there any chance that the Visa bulletin for July had an error???

While there is always a chance, it is EXTREMELY unlikely. Your best bet is to wait for August, but I doubt you will have any forward movement until the new Fiscal Year. Your best hope is the start of FY07 on October 1st.
