Have they forgotten about a category called EB2 ??????

What is that notice? I have not even recieved any notice.

It's a curse to file I-140 in EB2

One more EB3 approved. There is seriously something worng with EB2

I think EB2 will take more time to evaluate. EB3 I140 has only 1 criteria

The company exists and can pay for you (If you work for a Public or Big company, EB3 I140 almost guaratees to be approved without any problem or RFE. I was told by my lawyer.)

EB2 I140 has to be evaluated the experience and education. I think it will take more time.

EB1 even takes longer I see
