GCdoubts

Hi,
we have only 12 months (till Dec 31, 2003) to stay in USA on H1. Our employer offered to sponsor for GC now. We are confused. If we apply now, and our labor gets approved before end of this year can we extend our visa?

thanks in advance

Yes... If LC approved

Yes. You will get 7th year H1B extension, if LC is approved by then. You need to be in one of those fastest states to get your LC, else it is taking years together.
You got no thinking time.... just got to do it right away to have a better chance.

Good Luck

What were you upto till now ?

Guess that is not a good question, but I will ask anyway... what were you doing all this time ???
Don't think, Act now and ACT FASSSST and apply ASAP, preferably from a state where LC is fast. (check out Labor processing times and if you have a choice choose the one fastest in processing labor).

All the best.

DONT WASTE A DAY MORE IN THINKING.. APPLY TODAY.. Which State you gonna apply from ? There are chances you will get your labor within a year.

hmmm

guys, how can one do that, i mean choose any state for filing:confused:
for example, if company/job is in ohio, lc can only be filed in ohio, right?
