Transferring the 485 case after keeping the file for about 2 years in service center is pain man!!
After the case is transferred to the local office there is no way to track the case, no customer service, getting appointment through infopass to contact immigration officer is a big lottery and local offices takes 7months - 1year to just schedule the interview.
Its a real pain.
