I am interested to know if anyone's file transfered to NVC this month? My I140 is approved on 30th april but the file hasn't been transfered to NVC yet. The operator informed the attorney that they will transfer the file in October. This hasn't happened yet. No NVC RD for Oct at cptracker.com too.

my file was transferred on 18th Oct
As per NVC's automated message my file has been tranferred to Indian consulate on October 18th.
