Has this happened to anyone???????

Hi,

My RD is Oct 27th, ND is Dec 5th 2001, I received my EAD a week before, it was approved on Dec 21st, but my AP is still not approved, has anything like this happened to anybody before? What does that actually mean? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. My center is VSC.

please let me know, if u received seperate receipt notices for 485, EAD, AP. How do you decide the nd, rd ?
i am telling my dates by seeing the EAD receipt and that is the only receipt i received so far from INS.

AP and EAD are processed by two seperate departments. So, receiving of EAD does not mean your AP has been approved. Besides, each department functions in its own way. Be patient, you will receive your AP too.

As for receipts, there are three seperate receipts for EAD, AP and 485. Generally, if you have applied all three together, the RD and ND are same for all three. If you haven\'t received all three, check with your lawyer or call the IIO. I read somewhere that they can send out duplicates but I\'m not sure.
