Has this happened to anyone, please help!!!!!

Hi,

My RD is Oct 27th, ND is Dec 5th 2001, I received my EAD a week before, it was approved on Dec 21st, but my AP is still not approved, has anything like this happened to anybody before? What does that actually mean? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. My center is VSC.

My case is opposite than yours !

MD 10/04
ND 11/23

I got my AP in mid December but still no sign of EAD !
I think that it happens and should wait for the approvals !

It\'s usual

My AP (12/18) was approved 2 weeks after EAD (12/6) was approved. It depends on officer. I would wait another couple of weeks.

RD 12/27/00, ND 1/5/01, I-140 for CP

same here i renewd my EAD/Parole recently got my EAD in like 30 days of application but got my parole just this weekend after like 50-60 days of application. hope this helps.
