Has something happened in Chicago?

Until mid-July I-129F processing was taking a little over a month. Now my wife an I are at 100 days and counting since our August NOA date.

Has something happened to everyone? Or can we safely assume that our application has been lost and that BCIS is not willing to tell my Senator this?

Due to extrinsic issues, we started the process immediately upon her return to Ukraine in September 2002.

For bowigg, K-3 visas

Hey, bowigg!!!

We filed our papers for K-3 visa after 15 July, 2003, in Chicago.
3 months we didnt hear even word from them. Then my hubby contakted the Senator and he said that he will check about our case. 1 week after that we got RFE asking again for our signatures which they already have.In the envelope was also form which says that we have to fill and that is for speed prosses. Let see what will be the next and when......
