Has no one filed Affidavit of Support forms for their CP interview??????

I have my CP interview early next month (DV 2007). For my I-134, I got a sponsor to fill it in, notarize it by a public notary and he also attached his tax returns to the form. Is there anything else that he needs to attach? He did not attach his bank statements or anything like that as he is a doctor and has his own practice, just the Federal tax returns for last year (2006). Is this what is acceptable? Is there anything else that is needed? I dont have a photocopy of his passport or anything like that (he is a US citizen).

I do believe that a letter fromt the current employer is required, if he is using his income from his job as a proof, however, since he is self-employed, tax returns should do the trick.

Well he is a surgeon and he has his own practice (with other doctors who are his partners), so I dont know who he would get a letter from, know what I mean? He only attached the last income tax return he filed and he did not attach a list of his stocks and bonds which apparently it says is needed. Is this sufficient?
