Has Multiple Entry Stamping In Canada And Mexico Stopped?

HI all.,

Has the multiple entry stamp on passport from mexico and canada been stopped?

If so, can i do it in washington dc (a collegue of mine said that and he is not sure about that...)

Are are there any other options without going to homecountry india...i am planning to bring may parents here for a visit and so would like to save on my trip...

No it has not stopped. Check nvars.com
No washington is only for revalidation of a already stamped visa.
