Has anyone rescheduled their FP appointment

I got my FP notice 2 weeks after I was scheduled to get them done. I went to my local FP office and they said please send us the notice back asking to reschedule. They said we are too busy to take in walk ins.
Now its been over 2 weeks that i have send their notice back to them asking to Reschedule and haven't heard from them yet.
Does anyone have this experience ? Do you know how long do they take to respond?

My congressman came back to me saying that CIS had already sent FP2 on 05/17/2007, but I havent received it. So he talked to the CIS and asked them to reschedule the same. As per him it should take 3 weeks time. This was only done last week. But to be on safer side I had asked my lawyer to send a letter asking them to reschedule.
