Has anyone received green card within the last few days?

If yes, was it the new design? When did you get the welcome notice and the card production ordered email? Thanks in advance.
 
My wife's arrived on May 20th and it was the new design.

5/4/10 - interview appt - approved! (day 99 from NOA)
5/4/10 - card production e-mail
5/7/10 - welcome letter received
5/13/10 - card production e-mail
5/17/10 - e-mail approval I-485
5/20/10 - greencard received!!!!
 
It has been almost 3 weeks since the interview. What is the source of the delay? How long does it take to receive the GC these days after the card production ordered email?
 
i received the card production email on may 11, the welcome notice may 18. but i haven't got the green card yet :S
 
Mine was approved on May 3rd, got the second email of card production on May 12th, but I still haven't received the actual card..:(. I am trying to be patient...but I am wondering what's going on.
 
got 2nd card production email on 21st and welcome letter on 22nd. I just checked today's mail but no GC yet.
 
i just got the 3rd email from uscis. the first notice i received on may 11 "card production" the second notice may 12 "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident" and today:
Approval notice sent. On May 27, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

i don't get it. is the "welcome to the united states of america" notice the same as approval notice?

I just got the same mail as you describe. It means that the green card has just been mailed to you --> you should get it in the mail in a few days! Congrats!
