Can you please tell me how long it took to get AP.

I want to travel in November and am wondering if I apply for AP now can I get it by November.

FYI, my 2nd AP info

RD 07/18/02
ND 07/23/02

Receipt notice says processing should take 45-60 days.
Still waiting as of 09/11/02 (56 days).

BTW, my 1st AP took 120 days. Don't depend on TSC for anything ever.
 
We are waiting on ours too.. Last year they took 120 days, but now they are doing reasonably quicker..

RD : 7/15/2002.

I will keep you posted as soon as I heard from them.
 
did you include a copy of I-140 approval notice in your application?

BTW, if anyone knows, how to get a travel authorization in case of real Emergency? Can we get it in the local INS on the same day? Your information will be greatly appreciated!

RFE on spouse's AP . Since we received RFE on AP does this delay the EAD process ?

EAD Vs AP

EAD and AP are two parallel processing applications. RFE on one does not affect other.

I applied EAD and AP together.. Got EAD approved and recd RFE on AP..
