Has Anyone Received An Interview Call On Saturday From Atlanta Office??

Hello Everyone,
I know this belongs in other forums...but thought I could put it here as well...so that I can receive inputs from others.
My sister (US Citizen) has applied for my parents about 3 years ago . INS just sent the FP notice like 30 days ago. The FP were done 12 days ago at the ATLANTA office. Now today my sister received a Call from some one aleging to be an INS officer and asking her to bring in my parents to the INS office. Here are a few questions that I was worried about:
1. Has any one ever received a PHONE CALL ( I was always under an assumption that they would get a letter.) Keep in mind that at their FP they were told that they would get a phone call in 15-20 days regarding their interview.

2.) Has anyone ever received a call on SATURDAY?? I looked on teh immigration website and it says office hours are Monday to Friday. Do u think they do these things on Saturday and thats why it says taht its closed sat. & sunday??

3.) Has anyone dealt with an officer named ABRAHAM at the atlanta office???

4.) This guy Abraham, asked my sister how much she makes a year and to bring her pay stub with her along with a picture of her (Why would they need her pic?)

5.) Is there any rules about not having pics with your glasses. He told her to bring a pic of her with no glasses
If anyone knows any info regarding the questions above...please let me know

sorry I can;t answer all of your questions- maybe someone else can help- but- ASC's are open on Saturdays- maybe they are who called you???

  1. Yes, at least one guy from this forum received a call from the ADO's office for an interview the very next day. He did not receive any letter in the mail, but only a call. It was NOT a hoax and he did have his interview the next day.
  2. He did not receive any call on Saturday and to my knowledge nobody received a call from ADO on a Saturday.
  3. I have no other pertinent information to add more to your posers.
