Hi! My husband (us citizen) filed I-130 for me and my minor daughter last April 15, and he received a notice of action dated April 19, 2005. On that letter stated that the processing takes about 990 to 999 days? If it is true, by that time my daughter will be 18 years old, do you think he can still be able to petition my daughter since she's already 18 years old? Please I need you opinion. Until now we have not received anything from California Service Center. Thank you.
