Has anyone got this message "we responded to your request for more information .."

My online message has gone from

"fingerprint results received and application processing proceeded"

to

"On January 19, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Anyone else got the same message? What does this mean?

Appreciate any help and guidance.

We are in the same boat

It just means they responded (sent a letter that you inquired and they are researching) to your inquiry about your the case status.
 
It is a standard response and may be used for a number of things like response to an inquiry or a change of address request.

Even i got the same on line mgs...what happened after that??after how many days did u get the notice.i recv it for an address change.
