Has anyone got approved recently without RFE and exempted mdical exams due to wife\'s pregnencay ?

A friend of my relative was in the similar situation. His wife was pregnant at the time of their medicals and so didn\'t take some. They were actually waiting for their RFE but got their approval. May sound crazy but it\'s true. I don\'t know much details about their case but their approval was in October 2001.
