has anyone done H1 extension/Transfer after using AP??

Hi Techy,

I applied for my H1 extension on Nov 30-2006 (expires on Dec 02-2006). I used my AP to enter U.S this summer (returned on July 24-2006) Had no trouble at port of entry. Any way, myy lawyer says, I have to get my H1 stamping next time I visit India. She also recomended me not to apply for extension for EAD or AP. My I140 is approved. Code 1,2 and 3 biometrics are done. Awaiting for my I485 to process.
