My wife got her FP notice recently but they want her to go to an ASC near our old address in Virginia. She should be going to the ASC that I went to a couple weeks ago in Fort Worth, Texas.
The USCIS people suggested that my wife could try showing up at the Fort Worth ASC and that they might accept the notice (plus we could bring proof that we live here now).
Has anyone done something like this successfully?
FWIW, we've tried 2x now to change my wife's address. The last time (about 2 months ago), her online message changed to the "we responded to your request..." one so it looked liike it worked but somehow this FP notice was sent based on our old address. My own address changed successfully the first time I tried to do it (although my online message never changed...). The USCIS suggested that we try a 3rd time to change my wife's address...
