Has anybody tried reaching NVC AVM ??

some how the AVM does not seems to go to the correct menu today.

I tried 603-334-0700 then 2-2-3 after I enter 1 it says your case can not be found, it does not take me to next menu.

My I-140 was approved on 12/31/01 from CSC, but NVC has not received it till yesterday. Any of you also in similar situation.

I got the same response !

My I-140 was approved on 12/11/01 My case was crated on 1/14/02 . Still I get the same response " can not find the case number". after that I talked to an operator.So call around 8:15 am, an operator will pick up directly(you will not hear recorded message) and talk to her..
 
I spoke with the operator last Friday,

she was insisting that, as indicated in I-140 approval notice, It may take upto 90 days for NVC to receive the case, and hence asked me to check with NVC after that. So I am little bit hesitant to call NVC again soon.

Call during the day and speak with the operator

The AVM seems not working...even after the P3 is created its saying that it cant find the case..better call during day between 8.15am to noon, speak with the operator.....
