Has anybody talked to IIO today?

I\'ve been for two hours on the phone waiting to talk to a customer service representative. Any ideas?

Stylus3 - Yes,I happen to talk to IIO around noon.It took about 10 - 12 minutes to talk to a live person though.

I called to get the status on my I-140 redo,got a vague answer to wait.

EB-2,485 RD 07/99, ND 08/99,FP 06/00.
RFE1 - For paystubs etc.
RFE2 - 140 -redo \'cause of name change.

When was the first RFE and did they as k for employment letter and paystubs.
How did they come to know about the name change.
