Has anybody spoken to NVC operator today?

Hi,
I called NVC this morning and the message i got was " Thanks for calling NVC - Good bye" and the call ended.
I tried several times and it happened each time. Has anybody else experienced the same today?
I called between 8 - 8:15 am

got ur email last week, did u find out if your case has been sent by nvc yet/ mine was reviewed last friday
 
Called yeterday evening and got the same 6-8 weeks reply. It is really frustrating. Looks like September interview is impossible now.
