Has anybody receive an RTD...?

I have applied for an RTD on January 11, 2008 (USCIS recived on this date). According to their processing times, they are processing the case on March 8, 2008. I contacted the Customer Service and they put a request to see where my case is right now, and they told me if I don't hear it after 45 days then call them back. Then I asked them that so how about if I still have not received it after 45 days, are you going to ask me to wait again another 45 days? They could not answer it.

I contacted my congressman, they seem to be useless too. I have no idea what to do at this point. I feel I spent a lot of money and this is how they treat immigrants.
 
Try making an Infopass appointment. Sometimes going in person and talking to an INS agent can be helpful...Good Luck
 
I got my RTD a couple of days ago. Did not get any email notification or approval.

Sent application on 02/08/2008
Received notice (I-797C) on 02/16/2008
Received RTD on 10/01/2008
 
The new fingerprint requirement was applied on March 08, 2008. So if you apply before that date then you don't need to take fingerprints.
