Has anybody made a complain about Nebraska Proccessing center in DC,VA?

can you share your experiences about your inquires through goverment about Nebraska Center?
it would be great if you would inclose sample of letter and replies for your request.it would help everybody. if everybody does something they might move faster

We are in the same boat. I am also an ND05 with all the preliminary processing completed, I've filed several inquiries with my senator and I've always gotten the same response "Your case is complete, and they are processing 2001 cases".

I think that is too soon by USCIS standards for us to do anything else, only a year has passed, but if in 2007/8 I havent received my GC, I'll be sure to follow up on my case with a lawsuit.
