It has gone up considerably. Still the two-level structure. How did they get all those high salaries? Do you find the set prevailing wages are in tune with your own experience of job offers? None of my past offers was at level 2, even though the job requirements are within or above the SVP. I am talking about well established company hiring for existing job positions. Thanks.
