Even if you call they are going to tell you that they are processing June \'01.

So just be a little more patient.
 
Well talked to them last week

Hi ,

I talked to them last week and they said my case was assigned to a officer and should hear something in a month time frame.

I have also checked with couple of my other friends who said it took a week from case getting assigned to case getting approved.

Details : EAC 01 248 5xxx, RD 5th July , ND 17th Aug , EB3 India

So waiting ....
 
Does somebody with EAC-01-251 and RD 07/02/01 , ND 08/21/01 got approved ?

I hope they are wotking on these cases also....

I have not called them because it just takes lot of time and I know their answer...and on top it keeps the lines busy....So lets wait and watch..when do we think that all the case in this time period will be assigned to an officer or will have any outcome ???

I tell them upfront that they are processing Jun 1st

Last time I told them upfront that I knew that they were processing Jun 1st cases and also that lot of my friends with RD much later than mine have already got approvals , so was just checking if everything is OK with my paperwork .

Depending on who you get you may get more info. e.g. in my case they at least told me that it is assigned to a officer.
 
Same Here

Mine is July-2 RD, 01-248-xxxxx. Still not approved. I am really getting frustated. However I do not want to call IIO atleast till this monthend.
