How can one get a Reentry permit sent to an address in the US ? In the Part 3 of I-131 form "Processing Information" there is a question "Where do you want this travel document sent? (check one)" and there are only 3 options available:
a. Address in Part 2, above
b. American embassy or consulate at (give city and country, below)
c. INS overseas office at (give city and country, below).
Both "b" and "c" are not applicable in my case and "a" refers to a foreign address of a person on whose behalf somebody is applying for
Advance Parole. What shall I answer to that question in order to receive Rerntry permit at home ?
