I got my FP notice couple of days back, hopefully you would be getting your soon. I didn't get for my wife.

RD 08/01 Received for Wife last Thu. No notice for myself. By the way, is the name check stuff with the FBI done now (after FP) or has that already happened.

How to get the first FP notice? (I485-ND 07/22/03)

Other than waiting is there some thing we can do to get the first FP notice?
Can we call the USCIS and enquire about not receiving the first FP notice?

Recently we changed our address and applied for 2nd EAD and 1st AP. We got approvals for all. But these did not trigger FP!

Based on your ND, it's normal that you haven't received FP yet -- they have only just started October / November 2003 FP. If you haven't got it within a few months then this would possibly be odd but there's not much you can do about it until (if) the VSC processing date for I-485's passes your ND (at which point you could initiate an inquiry).

Anybody else in similsr situation.Recently I changed adress, but still even lawyer hasn't received yet....
 
I saw many FP1s being issued to ND before ours (July 22nd 2003) and after ours recently.

I was puzzled (what else you can expect with USCIS anyway!) inspite of my recent address change / EAD / AP why the FP is not triggered when they are looking (dusting) the cases around our ND.

I think it depends on where you live .I recently changed my address LUD changed 3 times .Expecting Fp .Moved from NY city to NJ .

Me and my wife got fringer printing notice on 8/27/04 finger printing done on 09/17/2004
