Has a unique problem

Hello,

I filed my 485 in June and married and brought my wife on H4 last week, I am just preparing to file her 485(Medical still pending), today I found my case has been approved.

Can I still go ahead and file 485 for my wife?

Is she out of status? If so what should I do?

or Please tell me any other options available for us.

As long as you were married before I485 was apporved there is no problem. File your wifes papers as follow to join

My problem is she's already in the US with H4. Should she leave the US to file a follow to join basis.
