hard luck with I 140 for last two and half years

- My 140 was filed in November 2001
- RFE was send in March 2002
- 140 was rejected in August 02 on the grounds that I am a Mathematic student and can't do programming.

- It was appealed in Feb 2003
- Recieved a RFE in January 2004, for my hiring process and education verification.
- RFE was received by INS on Jan 15th 2004,
- April 5th, 2004 another RFE was received that they want letters from my previous employer about my work and position description.

What do you think about it? Are they planning to reject it? This process is going on for last 2 1/2 years.

Being a Maths student helps to be a programmer right? I don't get the logic.
