What is RD and ND

Hi all
I have filled my 485 thru attorney on october 23rd, no comunicaton from ins sofar. But my checks were cashed on dec 7th and i got the cashed checks from bank with eac no\'s on it. Called ins yesterday and it\'s saying apllication for 485/ead/ ap was recevied on dec 04 th. what is this mean is it RD or ND
Confused??,I would really appriciate your responce.
