handicapped adult son, how can I get citizenship?

Hello,

my mom married a US citizen and has applied for her citizenship. At the time she was told that she had to wait for her citizenship before she could appy for mine.

She has moved to the US with her husband and as I am a quadripilic and she is my care giver I am with her. But I only have a visitors visa and several people have informed me that if I stay here the full 6 months that the US could revoke my visa.

There has to be something in my condition that I or my mother can apply for and be able to live here with my mom and her husband without worry of future complications. This is the only home I have. Please help.

If your mother married a US citizen, she apply for permanent residency not citizenship.

How old are you? I asume that you are over 21, since if you were under 21 you could be in the same petition that your mother.

You can stay in the US until the date of your I-94 (the white card that is given to you at the port of entry). You can ask for an extension, but you should not stay over that period of time.

I haven't read anything about special conditions.
