HADRON or anyone....know about transfer of I485?

Hi,
Does anyone know of successful cases of transfer of an NIW based I485 to an approved labor based I140? I am at the CSC.....how long does final approval take?

I am expecting my labor I140 approval any day, but my 5 years for NIW will be up in August this year. I don't know if this is worth it.

I know one case at NSC.

Are you going to continue in this job (the one you have the LC for) ?

With anything you do with USCIS, there is a potential of things getting f_ed up. I don't know how long it takes to get the final adjustment after 5 years are up, but I doubt it will be faster if you change over to the labor I140. With the NIW, you have earned your adjustment, I would consider sticking with it.
