It just took thme 3 days to clear RFE :D
NSC finally has started working guys

Congratulations.

I believe you had an RFE on I-140 related to education.

When you/lawyer submitted reply to your RFE, Did you get your Engineering degree and computer diploma evaluated together ? Can you please explain a little on how you handled it?

RFE on my I140 was education eval and ability to pay My attorney did the education evalution(I have Engg degree - civil and Advance Computer Diplomo from CDAC) and submitted in dec 04. I think my attorney did these both together. I have to ask for a copy See my signature for other details
