H4B procedure (Delhi)

I am confused about couple of things. I am on H1B, does that
mean, I am qualified for drop-box ? What is web-appointment ? I
thought I could send everything by courier/mail to ttk services
with all documents. Also should we be sending original marriage
certificate, I have heard people telling me not to ? I\'d appreciate
any help/info in this regard.

I am in the same confusion..

I too am confused of the same exact issue. More over what documents do I send through the courier? I was thinking I should be sending all the original documents along with the I797 and the marks sheets. Please let me know what do I need to send in original and what documents in a copy form. Any help is greatly appriciated..
