This is in regards to my wife's H4 multiple entry...
She is currently on H4 and we were planning to go to mexico for stamping. The concerns I have abt her case is that, she was on F1 and becoz of some school error the F1 was terminated and she was out of status for almost 9 months. When we came to know we immediately got her reinstated and the school gave the letter stating that it was completely their mistake. After which we immediately converted to H4.
So looking at the above summary can anyone suggest if Mexico is a good option or shld she go to India and get the stamping
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
