I am expecting my EAD by middle of March 2003. My wife is on H4 and she has also applied for EAD with me. She has been approached by a company to do part time job and they are willing to pay her well. However, the problem is that she has to fill out the W9 form. 
I know that she cannot work till she gets her EAD. We do not want to lose this oppurtunity. Can she work now and fill out the W9 form once she gets her EAD ?
Please advise.
